[**Monica Nyiraguhabwa**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/monica-nyiraguhabwa/) is a social entrepreneur and nonprofit leader dedicated to empowering girls and women through education and opportunity. In 2012, she co-founded **Girl Up Initiative Uganda**, which provides leadership training, health education, and workforce skills to young women. Her work has earned her recognition as an **Obama Africa Leader, Skoll Fellow, and African Visionary Fellow**, and GUIU has been featured in Michelle Obama’s **Girls Opportunity Alliance** and on **NBC’s The Today Show**.

[**Kevin Ryan**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevinryanngos/) is a social impact leader and nonprofit executive dedicated to serving vulnerable communities. Following 10 years of service with the American Red Cross and impactful projects across animal welfare and philanthropic infrastructure, he now leads the **Delta Dental Community Care Foundation**, expanding access to affordable oral healthcare. A committed volunteer, he serves as **President of CATCH Global Health Foundation** and **Lost-n-Found Youth**, and sits on the **Howard University Board of Visitors**.
